Wedding receptions can vary in price by a few hundred dollars based on the season, location, timeline & technical requirements. While no two events are ever "the same", a standard 5 hour reception package costs around $3000.00. We also offer special rates for corporate events & fundraising groups. Professional musicians & vocalists with sound tech, top notch sound systems, customizable play list, wireless microphones for toasts and speeches as well as DJ & MC services throughout the evening. Cocktail hour musicians can be added for an additional charge. When planning for live music, DJ services and/or announcements during cocktail hour and dinner, please keep in mind that the band's sound equipment is permanently placed next to the dance floor.

We are a variety dance band that performs multiple musical genres. From Motown to Modern, Rock to Country, R&B and Disco. We have something fun and upbeat for all ages and preferences.

Stays In Vegas has married hundreds of couples, entertained tens of thousands of their guests, and been on stage at the most popular local events in Greater Cincinnati over the past decade. Our musicians each have 15 years or more of professional experience.

Approximately 75% of our events are weddings. The remainder of our calendar is comprised of corporate events, festivals, fundraisers, private parties and a few club dates.

Absolutely! We provide professional Emcee services for the entire event, as applicable.

There will always be music playing, either live or DJ'd, from the moment your first guest arrives until the event is over.

No. Breaks are always kept to a minimum. Typically only one per performance. Our breaks are usually timed to facilitate announcements, traditions, and specially requested music.

Of course. Our rate is $350 per 1/2 hour beyond the contracted time. Be certain to check with your event manager or salesperson, as most venues contract a "Hard Stop" in order to schedule their personnel for strike and clean-up.

The bulk of the volume is directed toward the center of the dance floor where the party takes place. Guests can comfortably sit and visit at their tables, should they choose. We always provide adequate PA systems for your venue to ensure Emcee and announce, toasts, speeches and the like are audible for all of your guests.

We typical wear business casual attire or dark suits and ties. The band is able to dress to fit the occasion or theme. It's up to you.

We require a $250 deposit to hold the date. Balance is due no later than the day of your event. Deposit is refundable upon cancellation up to 6 months prior to the contracted date. Within 6 months of the contracted date the deposit is non-refundable and forfeited upon cancellation.
